First time going today. Went in for the first appointment at 10 am for the package that included 60 min massage and 60 minute body scrub. Holly was my masseuse today, and did a great job.
I specifically like that they helped me right away upon arrival, have a locker room that has electronic bracelets to unlock for your clothes and belongings, a full station inside the locker room with q-tips, cotton pads, blow dryer, lotion. The shower is great, and heats up quickly. I did not use the sauna or steam room today, but good to know it's there.
The only negative I could think of was that I was cold when getting my massage. The room wasn't heated enough and I would get goose bumps on the half of my body that wasn't being worked on. Granted, it could be that is was a brisk morning, and I was the first appointment. Also, there wasn't an kind of sheet cover that I've seen other places use. Instead, you are using one or both towels to cover your body.
