After seeing my original review (below), Dr. Lee and his office manager reached out to me personally and apologized. I spoke with their office manager and was able to get an appointment within a much more reasonable time frame. I appreciate their effort in reaching out and rectifying the situation. It shows they do care about their patients which is the vibe I get when visiting the office. However, it didn’t translate on the phone whenever I had to call to reschedule or make an urgent appointment.
Original Review Below I never write reviews but I am super upset. They are overbooked and cannot see their patients timely. Rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare. My son had an appointment scheduled today 6/30 but woke up sick so I called to reschedule. The earliest available was 8/1 but I told them my son is away at summer camp that week. They offered 8/4 which he cannot do as that is the same week. So the next opening is not until 9/14! Rescheduling can require almost a 3 month wait! I think this is insane considering the timing of braces. This just means his overall treatment time is prolonged. Dr. Lee is wonderful but I am not happy with this timing. I think he just has too many patients. It was not like this when we first started seeing Dr. Lee. I’m not sure what happened.
