Lied to us saying they had an item but didn't when we got here. The original dw was a Bosch. The one the owner is referring to was nothing like a Bosch except it was white and it had marks on the exterior top panel. The person we were in contact with was nowhere to be found. The guy behind the desk kept making excuses for her lack of appearance. We were in contact with the poster right up to 20 minutes before arrival; then was told that it sold earlier that day. Replying to a message saying, "Yes, we have it." and then 20 minutes later when we walk in the door, "No, it sold a few hours ago." is some sort of deception. We do have the messages. The original contact did inform us after we had left and headed home that she would have given us a discount on any of the dishwashers in stock... they were all black or stainless. The person behind the desk was polite and apologetic. It wasn't his fault.

I bought a defective clothes dryer from them. W
hen I purchased this item they told me that they test all of their products and it was OK. I live in an adjoining county and they wanted to charge me an exorbitant 150.00 to deliver it. I had to refuse which meant they had to load it sideways in my SUV. Which when I got home discovered a large dent on the loaded side. This really made me angry. I decided to hook it up anyway. When I turned it on it had a terrible banging noise on the dented side. Upon touching this side it was hot as a skillet. My family and I were afraid of it. I loaded it back up and took it back . After explaining to them the problem I had they refused to take it back and refund my money. I am now having to go through a dispute with my credit card company to try to block this purchase. I suggest buyer beware! This item also had a supposed year warranty on it. Once again buyer beware. So far they have said I could bring it back and trade it for any other dryer but to be honest I do not trust any other product from them. I just want my money back.
