Absolutely horrific store and terrible employees. They'll tell you they know more than your doctor and refuse to look for frames with the specs your doctor sent you in with. When you insist you're going with your doctor recommendations and not their gut feeling, they'll get aggressive. In fact, they may even invite you outside to fight, as the man in the photo did.

Time Frame on Valencia Street recommended Optical Underground to put lenses into my new frames. From start to finish it was a great customer experience. The team (Ashley, Lloyd) were friendly and helpful from the ordering to the fitting. I’ll be back soon!

Great selection of glasses and usually at a fraction of the retail price for top designer brands. We really wanted to love this funky neighborhood shop. However, the glasses we ordered where delayed multiple times, and the staff were indifferent and dismissive about it when we stopped by the shop to inquire- with the exception of Sam who was very helpful and took care of our lenses in the end.
