A great experience during a very difficult time. My brother passed away without anything set up to take care of issues such as mortuary and final resting places. Fortunately the hospital where he passed away pointed me to Optima Funeral Home in Los Angeles. Genecis was my contact at Optima and she really stepped up to help me. What a saint. She helped me from my first contact all the way to my brother's final resting place. I could not have done it without her. A big thank you to the staff at Optima and especially to Genecis.

Had the best experience with Optima Funeral Home. My husband passed away and his last wished was to be buried in El Salvador. Optima made this processes easier than expected. They were able to carefully/safely transfer my beloved husband within of week of his passing. Genecis was beyond amazing, she handled everything and made this processes easy. I was able to grieve without any extra worries. I really appreciate Genecis attention to detail. Thank you and the company for taking care of my husband.
