My husband’s in-home therapy was frustrating. When therapy first needed to be scheduled, the PT asst. called and wanted to do it the same day. Then they were late for the first session and so late the second time that my husband cancelled. A PT was supposed to come and evaluate him for his last appt, never showed up, and called the next morning and asked if they could be here in a couple of hours. Um, no, you can’t.
Therapy was fine when it actually happened, but when you’re getting chemo, you don’t fly by the seat of your pants like this outfit seems to. Sheesh.
If I can give negative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would! This company is so unorganized, so unprofessional it’s disgusting. We tried to use them for my mom and everyone sucked. The right hand didn’t know what the lady hand was doing. One person would say this therapist is coming out Tuesday, you talk to said therapist and they had no clue. I don’t know how this place is still open. Their PT refused to come back because my mom who needs help walking, standing etc asked the PT to help him with getting my mom on and off the scale which apparently was out of his realm, but yet you can ask my mom to get on and off a wooden board to Help her with walking up and down steps? When my dad first signed up with this place they told him PT and OT would be 1 hour, however, when the PT got here today told my dad only 30 minutes. Then a few days ago my dad was on the phone with one of their ppl and a comment was made by their employee how a person that came out to our home when they shouldn’t have and proceeded to say “well I hope that guy doesn’t expect to get paid” why would you say that? Why would you think that’s professional? Why is it our business? That is not something you should be speaking about to customers/patients. Why is this place SOOO unorganized and unprofessional??? Please don’t make the same mistake we did and chose another place for your loved ones home health.
