If you have the option to go with a different nursing facility i would strongly encourage you to do that. My mom needed wound care upon being released from the hospital. The two nurses that have came to our home are great but the company's organization skills are a mess. We were initially told that she would have wound care from one of their nurses 3 times a week upon being released. The first nurse informed me that it would actually be 1 time a week. Great. She has been out of the hospital nearing 3 weeks and she has received wound care from their nurses 0 times. Save yourself the trouble, worry and guesswork (if you're not personally a nurse.) Her wounds have not had a professional eye kept on them the entire time.

Been going through Option Care for over a year now. Customer service staff are rude when you can actually get through. Their main system for placing refill orders drops calls at the 24 minute mark. I've consistently been on hold for over an hour every time I call to place a refill order. Representatives are lazy and try to do the bare minimum to just get you off the phone. Everytime my son needs a formula change it takes months for Option Care to push the new prescription. If you can go with a different enteral feeding supply company then you should. I've consistently gotten poor service here. Representatives need to be reminded that they're serving a population of people with sick kids and relatives and need to be more compassionate.

The staff from the Woman who sends my supplies to the nurses are very beautiful people and I can tell they love what they do. I'm always greeted with a smile.
