When we decided to research Solar options, only one company provided us with the comfort and reassurance that we were making the right decision...Option One Solar. Gregg took the time to drive 2 hours to our home to walk us completely thru the process, options, pricing, and estimated timeframe. We were skeptical and concerned and had countless questions that Gregg patiently and meticulously answered and explained thoroughly. Gregg certainly educated us on solar, the specific individual systems that would meet our needs, benefits, and pros/cons. We never felt pressured, we studied the information he provided and made the decision that Solar was right for our home. He provided us with a history of the company, and upon our own research it convinced us we wanted to establish and commit to a long-term relationship with Gregg and Option One. Once the process began, everyone that contacted us via phone or in person was extremely detailed, polite, punctual, and unquestionably professional. I would undoubtedly recommend Option One Solar to anyone that is interested in Solar or is unsure and has a lot of questions, you will walk away knowledgeable, satisfied, and confident that you made the right decision. When it came to getting solar, I was always so skeptical. You hear of all the bad installations there are and you tend to be turned off. However, it came to the point where my edison bills were just too high that I had to find a way to lower my costs. After doing my due diligence and receiving various quotes with local companies. I decided to go with Option One. My rep, Jose, held our hand through the process and and really educated us about solar and it’s benefits. I never felt pressured and was shown a great deal of transparency and honesty. Once I agreed on the system, everything thereafter was a breeze. I was installed within six weeks and the the installation crew were also very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
I would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about going solar.
