The NICU has been amazing. All the nurses and staff have been extremely caring and friendly. I hope your newborn doesn't need to be in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but if they do, your little one will receive great care and attention here. Our newborn was transfered here and needed help breathing. We have been here for 4 days and he is much better now. Hopefully we will be discharged tomorrow. The Nurses have been truly amazing and you can tell that they really care.
My only complaint is with the Parking Garage at the hospital. Multiple people have had their car broken into in the last few nights. If you park here take EVERYTHING out of your vehicle including car seats. My car has been safe since there is Nothing inside it not even a cell phone charger.

I've been coming here for my first pregnancy with Dr. Dau. He is a nice person and doctor. However, he seems to rush through everything. You can tell he does this all day and he just wants to get it done. He goes back and fourth with telling me what to do. One day I didn't gain enough weight and the next I need to watch my weight. Had high blood pressure ONCE insinuated it could be chronic. Just freaking me out. No reassurance. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else. My ultrasounds were crap. If I didn't go somewhere else for ultrasounds besides him I would still have no idea what I'm looking at. The thought of my labor and delivery being rushed just didn't sit well with me. I don't reccomend this provider.

Yesterday, I went to the Everett Clinic on the fifth floor for the first time with my sister. She had a pregnancy follow-up appointment as a (new patient) and she is in the last months of her pregnancy. She doesn't have insurance so before I went, I contacted the clinic and they told me that the fee is $150 for the visit, but the receptionist (Karen) yesterday told me by that I had to pay $950 down payment. In advance, I tried to understood from her about the difference in prices. She treated me with extreme rudeness and disrespect, and she would get angry when I asked for more clarification!! When I asked her if I wanted to know the fees for one visit, she answered that she did not know! She was very uncooperative
