took my PC on short notice on a day where every other place was closed really needed my laptop repaired for school. Really friendly on meeting. Did say would be about 1 hour and 30 mins took till next morning which is understandable. Was able to get it to turn on again. And said that he would replace fans free of charge if i decide to buy new ones and gave me lots of suggestions on game settings .
