there is a lady officer there and she is extremely disrespectful and simply did not want to help even she could have. she seems to be the boss of other officers. One of them wanted to help me, but she stepped in and stopped everything. don't forget that you have your job to help people. shame on you.

The fastest response times I have EVER witnessed in my whole life. I work as an Asset Protection Investigator in Laguna Niguel. I just started working here recently have had 2 NON emergency calls and they showed up in less than 10 minutes. I'm not going to say where exactly for security reasons, but I will say that every time I make a call they are there before I can even have the evidence ready wish the police responded this fast at other store locations. The Aliso Viejo Police Department has my respect 🙏 🙌 👏. Extremely professional and thorough.

Called for a simple question and was left on hold for easily 15 minutes. I think it's pretty easy to ask a cop next to you if I'll be arrested for living in my car in order to serve the elite of laguna to stay alive.
