Very disappointed with the new management, the woman in charge of the office is a bully. Very unprofessional and a deception to the park. Makes empty threats and unfair accusations to the home owners. It has become a nightmare to live where one should be able to live in peace in the comfort of their own home.

I only lived in the OMP for 13 months. Unfortunately moved out recently to be closer to work and my son's school. I moved in when Edgar was the Manager, he was a nice manager and very helpful with my questions regarding my home. Claudia Garcia is the current Manager. I've not had one issue since her arrival. It appears the residents are not pleased with the rules and guidelines that had already been in place. She enforces them for our safety and the safety of others. While I can understand you might need to park in front of your home for a few minutes, all day parking was never permitted especially when it comes to blocking your neighbors driveway. She and Andrea have been respectful, courteous and professional in my opinion. The problem isn't with new management, the problem is residents having gotten comfortable with the way things were because rules were never enforced. Let me ask this? If your vehicle gets struck because of someone else's carelessness, who's the first person they're gonna run to? Keep up the good work, ladies!

I have been living in the community for 8 years, without any problems, but now I have a bit of a disagreement with the manager Claudia! Every comment that someone makes hurts her. I am super upset about my trees that cut down while we are out working. Coming back and seeing everything cut down is unpleasant.
