OTF Federal Way is a great location for me when visiting home. Front desk is very friendly and Vinny and Jess were great as coaches. This location has a good amount of space and windows to the east let in a good amount of light. Facilities are well kept too. I'll be returning whenever I'm in town.

This place is a complete joke, the inexperienced manager margarita that’s been there for five minutes and thinks she runs the place is so unprofessional and unpleasant. I love orange theory everywhere else but this location. Sad to see so many good coaches and managers leave because of people that are power hungry. Do your self a favor and find a different studio.

Was told by Margarita I could go to ANY orange theory fitness when covering signup at the Federal Way location. I clearly stated I would be going to both Federal Way and Renton locations. Immediately after signup I started receiving cross regional fees and when calling back she refused to acknowledge what she stated previously and now mentions the surcharge would apply to EVERY class in Renton. Seriously work on your business practices OT, this is no way to treat new members to tell them immediately after joining they didn't read the fine print when they were lied to by omission.
