We like the concept and have enjoyed our first two classes, however, their system is completely broken.
My wife and I pay about $350 per month (total) for unlimited classes...not cheap. For this amount of money, we expected a great experience. The website and phone app design is completely flawed. They often do not sync-up and completely confused on which classes we are wait listed on versus confirmed. Regarding wait listing, it is clear that the Gig Harbor facility is completely overselling availability as it is extremely difficult to find open spots. We are trying to book in advance, but they only have a couple of weeks opened up on their calendar.
To the Gig Harbor management team, please help! Your customers are feeling a lot of pain and frustration!
