I'll be honest, I hate working out. Why have I stayed committed to OTF then? Good question. The answer is the intense energy the coaches and members bring each session with a different workout every time! I've also built relationships with my 5:45pm crew, people that care about me, and I for them. The best part, I have lost weight and inches, built muscle, but most importantly, my workout spirit has changed. I now actually want to challenge myself, with the coaches pushing and supporting me, I am succeeding. I went from strictly a power walker to mostly running my first mile run. I am pumped for what this year will bring! I don't focus on my weight, but I do focus on my body. I love how it is becoming a shape that I love! Thank you for bringing this studio to the TRI! And for team of athletes who encourage us all to be better.

The workouts are fantastic. Never the same, but always fun and energized. The trainers are great, helpful and always available to answer questions. My favorite part is you don’t have to think about what your going to do when you get to the gym, it’s already planned out for you. You just have to show up and follow the plan, with a trainers help. You can modify it to your needs, you can go as hard as you want to, or as light as needed. That one hour is my favorite hour of the day! Thank you OTF!!!

I LOVE Orangetheory! These classes have helped get me through the wintertime blues. Going to class is the one thing I look forward to that I know will leave me feeling better, happier and healthier. Plus the staff and other gym goers are all so supportive and positive. I highly recommend joining, it’s unlike any other gym experience you’ll have!
