Orange theory fitness center is like no other workout place. The place is clean, the coaches are fantastic, the equipment and the workouts are great. Working out at Orange theory is more like working out at a studio then a gym. The workouts are different every day. It is not like working out at a normal gym. You make your work out as intense as you want to make it, the coaches are there to help you and to encourage you if you need it. Everyone there does the same work out for one hour. However, you select how hard you can work out. Not everyone can work out the same. On the treadmill some people walk and some people run you decide your self on how you want to work out. You decide yourself on what you can and cannot do.

I LOVE Orangetheory!! I have worked out on my own at gyms for years, but nothing compares to the workouts at Orangetheory. I love that all shapes and sizes are working out together, and everyone is pushing themselves to spend at least 12 minutes in the orange and red heart zones (if you get 12, you increase your rate of calorie burn for 36 hours after the class - there’s science to it that you can read about). The coaches are so supportive and motivating, the music bumps, and the hour flies by! If you haven’t tried your free class, sign up today! You won’t regret it!

I've had other gym membership and have attended many, many fitness classes. The workout I get at Orangetheory is easily the best workout I've ever gotten in a 1-hour class. I also love being able to track my workouts to see how many calories I burned, where I've improved since the last workout, etc. The coaches are friendly and super helpful as well!
