I was very happy with the service I received from Orca Appliance service technicians. I received next day service and they were prompt, polite and fixed the issue with my dishwasher. I would use their services again and recommend them.

Oraz fixed both our washer (moldy gasket) and dryer (blown heating element). The appointment turnaround both times was short, costs are transparent, and the fixes were quick. We highly recommend Orca!

We are happy to provide a review as Orca went beyond reasonable expectations to obtain a successful repair. Unfortunately they were unable to repair our older appliance, but on the plus side they were always honest, friendly, courteous, and interested in best outcome for us as a customer. Through several return visits, we always found them punctual and easy to deal with. Comparing to the horrible experiences suffered by some reviewers of other appliance repair business, we may have been lucky to have found Orca.
