10 trips over 10 years and I won't go back. No dogs on beach, Campground is packed, beach area is maybe 30 feet and way overcrowded, bathrooms are nasty, loud music late into the night, etc etc. Too many beautiful lakes in Cali to pay for an overcrowded and loud place like this.

Went on Wednesday 06/19/24. We were at the fee booth at 8:35 a.m. to go fishing. No one was in attendance. The fee is $24.00, We had $23.00 in change but no attendant to make change for the last dollar. I wrote on the envelope "if you want the other dollar, someone should be here at 8:35 a.m." The bathrooms were filthy. The rope cleats on the floating dock have come unbolted. Upon leaving we stopped to pay the one dollar. A young woman, (long hair and round eyeglasses) told my husband (age 70) it was very disrespectful to leave the note on the fee slip as "we open at 9:30 and we have a life". We've lived here for 60 years and the whole Rollins Lake experience has gone to rot.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had camping. Don’t come here thinking this is going to be a place to enjoy some peaceful time in nature. Our neighbor and several other groups in the campground were blasting music so loudly well past the quiet hours stated on the so called rules. They were also smoking and spraying chemically bug spray so aggressively that it invaded our campsite. There wasn’t any enforcement of the rules and no one to contact about the issues. We finally had it and packed up camp around 11:30pm and drive to a hotel for the night, as there was no way our kids would have been able to sleep with all that going on. I called the next day and requested a refund, I was told I would get a call back but I never did. I just wanted some compensation for everything we went through that night. I’ll never be back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
