Trying to find out if the store is open on Christmas to do a sink repair. Unfortunately, unlike Home Depot (which is very clear) the web site and internet listing for OSH does not say. All they say is "Christmas may affect store hours". This is a stupid and unclear message. I guess they want me to waste my time to drive down and try the door.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Attempted to buy a HVAC air filter here. Was unsure where it was located so I asked for directions.

Was provided poor instructions and I was unable to locate it so I asked again. Was provided with the same poor instructions.

It appears they were too lazy to show me where it was located after I explained to them I was unable to find it with the instructions they provided.

I attempted to locate it again and was unable to.

Being thoroughly annoyed I just walked out. I saw no point in asking a 3rd time since clearly they didn't care about helping me.

I'm not sure what happened since my last two experiences including one in September this year were great with helpful employees. Things change in a short period of time I guess.

Went to Ace Hardware instead. Night and day difference in customer service! They actually cared about me getting the right product.

For years this place is the best for all your hardware needs. Great customer service. Never feel intimidated asking questions I might think people would feel Im dumb about. However, the past few times I have gone in and wanted to purchase something they have tags to pick up and the warehouse can't find. A little bit of a bummer but Ill still shop over home depot
