I purchased a Hot springs spa in 2021 from Jack N, and he was so helpful in guiding me toward a spa that fit my needs, and my family (without overselling me on something larger than I needed). Since then, he has been so helpful! He came out and helped me set up the spa and taught me how to balance the water. He shared his phone number with me and has helped me via text and phone calls over the last two years for every little question that came up. This has been my first experience owning a hot tub, so it’s been a bit of a learning experience and Jack has been so friendly and always willing to answer even my most silly questions.
