This rating is not a reflection of the care or treatment of staff. Their phone system is not properly set up, very hard to get to different departments. The pediatrician office has moved to a different building, the staff is aware that the address on Google is wrong but apparently they don't have the power to update it themselves. The people working there in person are nice but it's difficult to find helpful people over the phone in the larger network of this hospital.
This was our first visit and I'm only going back to complete the testing for my daughter's sports physical. Really liked the doctor and staff, it's not a reflection on them but the rest of the system is so complicated to navigate and riddled with issues.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went for a child well visit they asked if I had any other concerns I brought up a concern and then they decided since I asked a question they needed to double charge me, my insurance won't cover that so it is out of pocket!!!!!
This is why doctors and big hospitals get a bad name they want you to be honest, and if you aren't upfront with the doctors they can't help you but when you have a concern and an appointment they want to double charge you. Mind you this doctor did nothing but said continue to monitor and see if anything changes
