Good retail store. Poor NFA process. They have one qualified employee to conduct the certification of ATF forms and when she is out of town, there is no notification process for the additional week of waiting time. I have been waiting excessively longer than I should have and it's because they are lacking in organization of this NFA item process. I have had to call three times to ask for an update while the item has been sitting in stock. Then I call back today and they say their employee is out for another week. For comparison, NW Armory down the street processed the same NFA item for the same individual in 2 weeks less time. I expect these kind of delays from the ATF themselves but now is this fastest time for approvals and it bites when an FFL is the bottleneck in the process.
