Bad customer service experience, I guess owners don't care if their staff don't give a damn if the store offers good customer service or not, just go to a different location if you want to avoid the bad taste and find the part or product that you are looking for

My new friend José helped me out with my check engine issues and wiper blades! He wouldn't even let me fill up the wiper fluid reservoir! Great service all around!

I wanted to scan my car because I had no ID to use the scanner. I understand ,but I also asked if he can scan the car himself ,and refused even though I had parked the car right in-front if the store … as of 2024 AutoZone winning on customer service head on down to Atlantic and south not to far from here .
