The salesmen here have always been helpful and polite. By far the best customer service experience of any parts store in Oxnard. I like that the employees here will offer to double check if the part is there when calling. Also instead of just saying they have it at the other store these guys always call the other location to make sure they put hands on it before sending you there on will-call. Overall this is the only store I go to for parts the last couple years. These guys never have a bad attitude.

Poor customer service. Always a long line. Waited 10 min. In line to recycle my oil and nobody helped or greeted.
