I pulled over at this OReillys tonight on my way home from work after struggling to see the road clearly (tired eyes, pollen & dust + bright headlights was not a good combo). Dillon and Brenden both went above and beyond to help me find a decent glass cleaner to help reduce my visual struggle 😆. They both deserve a raise !

Your employees, James and Mark at your Marconi and Eastern store in Sacramento, were very helpful!
They are friendly and so kind.
Mark tested and sold me a battery and James installed it.
Sunday, and close to closing.

Thankfully I don't have to visit this place too often but when I do everyone is always courteous and helpful. The real star is Ashley, she was absolutely great! She answered all my questions , made sure I understood all my options and was extremely patient while doing so. She even replaced my windshield wiper knowing I was on the way to see my mechanic who could've easily taken care of it. Hopefully she will continue to grow within the company so that new hires will soak up some of her awesome sauce.
