Brakes are a pretty important apparatus for cars. Both my daughter's car and her boyfriend's car needed new pads. Trip number one... Ordered parts. Trip two.... Got a phone call the parts were in. Nope, only some of them. Trip number 3.... Order was filled and complete. Went home to install, ALL WRONG PARTS! Trip number four, returned ALL the wrong parts after 2 hours of trying to install. Waisted time, waisted gas, waisted energy. Get it together people. This brake job got far too expensive and it didn't have to. Slow down, look up the proper make and models of the vehicle (s) and order the right parts! There's nothing hard about that? You should be compensating my daughter for her time and gas with a nice discount. Until then, the thought of a more professional business is probably in order.
Ben was SUPER helpful & even installed the replacement bulbs I needed! I always went to O'Reiley's when I lived in Oregon, but NEVER had this level of customer service!
