I've always had great luck with this O'Reilly store. The staff is great, full of practical, first hand knowledge that they're eager to share. The parts selection is always great and if things aren't in stock on the shelf they can be ordered and delivered in only a few hours.

Teller was super nice wish o would have got hos name he told me all about headlights and what was best for my car. Loved his customer service I told him I had just come from auto come who told me can’t help go to Amazon it’s cheaper Omg 😳 that’s why I prefer you all

Terrible service. The manager is a joke. Asked to get my battery charged and they took my number as I just sat outside. Asked how long it would take and he said hour and a half maybe 2. I said I can do 1 hour. Came back in in an hour and he let me know its a bad battery. I asked why he didnt call and he just laughed at me and told me have a good day. Would have bought anew battery but not with that customer service. Went across the street to autozone and bought a brand new battery. Never going back to oriellys ever again.
