Generally all of the O’Relilly auto parts store I visited have a very nice staffs who even help customers all the way outside but this store is new and the staffs are really scary. I went in and asked some parts and I was shocked to see the staff not ready to help. Not only that, he told me to go and get the part from a location in the store for which I have no idea. Once I purchased the item, I asked him if he can help me but said no. Other stores also might say no but politely and reasonably. I also understand if they are short on staff or busy but this guy wasn’t polite when replying. I saw him in two of my visits, he looks tired and not ready to help. I really would like to thank the black dud ( I am sorry if I am wrong in my choice of words in describing) who looked at the response of his colleague and came out and helped me in less than a min and that is why I gave this place a three star rather than a one star.

Friendly staff, clean interior. The woman behind the counter asked good questions and helped me find the right product.
