I usually dnt mess with O'Reilly's cuz of a couple bad experiences in Lynnwood and Everett. But this particular one actually knows how to treat their customers with respect and I commend this store for such a great job that they do there. All the employees are pretty nice even the grumpy old lady. She has her says but we will just blame that on her age hehe dnt tell her I said that lol.

Such friendly, knowledgeable staff… Ryan especially impressed me by going above and beyond. He seemed happy to help, gave good advice, and had a lot of helpful information… I wish everyone in customer service was like him!

Today I sent my wife over because I checked the oil and it's about half qt low, and we're headed on a trip so i needed her to top it off. Two people check it and both state it's super high, it's not it's definitely low. What they don't realize is I'm a mechanic, so she brings the truck to me and for laughs I check it... it's low then I take it to grease monkey and sure as hell... it's low. This mind you is after they have sold me incorrect parts 4x over the past year and when my wife had them throw on wipers after she bought them, they broke the housing cover and didn't even replace them. It's about time that this store gets a manager worth their salt and staff that have a semblance of what they are doing when the prices are higher than everywhere else. This store ran great under Val forever then as well under frankie... since then this place is only good for people that like over paying for parts from people with no actual mechanical skills. Back in the day it was actual car people that ran this shop, now it's just a bunch of overgrown teenage friends, only one that's good is Ryan, but he is also from the old days... corporate needs to fire this team.
