Had a great experience with staff at this location, specifically Aaron! He helped change my headlights and brake lights, despite the fact it was pouring rain outside. He was very kind and knowledgable, will definitely return for any car needs.

Aaron her at this location wsd amazing he went above and beyond the customer service duty. He help me fix my funnel to properly fit my transmission dip stick hole. Helped poor it in for me when I wasn't tall enough. He gave me clear directions on to what to do next to check it again in a few miles. THANKS SO MUCH THE EXTRA information that will carry on with me for years. GIVE HIM A RAISE

I never had an issue at an O’Reilly Auto parts before.... till today 4.29.2024 in the AM, worst experience, long wait when no clients in and being ignored. I’ve been coming to this place for years now and never had an issue till now, the two gentleman that were there before were always so very helpful.

I don’t like to brag about nonhelpful people but my experience before today at this O’Reilly was 10000% the two young man who worked there were always on top! Can you bring them back, PLEASE!!! I liked them because they were very helpful and very polite DOING their Job. I don’t get why people work for a place that they don’t like WHY! And give clients attitude when walking in the store, am I supposed to not come in?? O’Reilly at Meeker St. needs them back and please take the rude lady out! Her lazy butt doesn't want to leave from behind the counter and help clients out.
