Hands down for an Auto Parts Business - The communication flow of Relating, References, and Understanding what a customer is trying to describe when troubleshooting auto issue without having auto mechanic knowledge is Amazing. Edgar was awesome! We are visiting from out of town and our battery was having issues. Turned out it was leaking acid and we barely made it to the shop before closing. We didn’t have any tools but Edgar stepped up and helped us change out the battery. We are so thankful and appreciative.
