We bought an alternator from the one on 1st. Got home put it on didn't work. Next day took it back to get a new one. They said they didn't have a thing to test the one we were bringing back to make sure it didn't work, so they sent us to another one. Same thing they didn't have the thing to test it so they sent us to the one on 5th Ave. They are the one to save the day they had the tester. So thank you O'Reilly on 5th Ave you guys are awesome.

I couldn't find my receipt and they couldn't find proof of purchase in their records. I knew I bought it there though went home searched all over for it and I found my receipt went back to the store got the warranty part but something makes me think that they could have found it in their system they just chose not to. That wasc2 stars, That was some time ago. Recently they have been nice gentlemen. Now up to 3

Everyone's really friendly and helpful here. I Always feel welcome. They helped me get headlights for my 1998 Volvo C70 five minutes before closing time. I really needed those headlights because I was leaving on a 400 mile round trip in the morning and I didnt want to have to install them before heading out. I always go back to this branch.
