Tim, the manager at this location, was so very helpful as always. I ask for him by name everytime I go there for things big or small. I'm a non-mechanical & don't pretend to know a single thing but I attempt to learn & Tim has patience & understanding for my blank stares & questioning everything again & again. He starts with the easiest & least expensive way to fix your problem and goes on from there if you need him to. He will always save you money and thT is my kind of sales person. Thank you Tim

They could use a lot more experience there are way too many workers that stand in every store that don't do anything and will not acknowledge you as a customer if you don't know what part exactly that you're looking for or product they seem to laugh rather than try to determine what your needs are as far as products go they have no knowledge of anything that's in the store they just sell it first Street Yakima is the main hub and the biggest problem nob Hill is a good store but I would prefer to go to Prosser best O'Reilly's you can find

This is another Oriellys Auto parts chain store. They are all pretty much the same, what defines a good or bad store is the employees. IMO anyways, and this store has good employee at least in each of my experiences shopping there have always known there jobs well and got me what I was looking for. So not a bad place as of mid 2021. Dunno turnover so can't say but up until now it is not a bad place to shop for your auto supply needs
