Just left O'Reilly Auto Part 11/5/23 where I was looking for assistance in locating a 25 AMP micro fuse. Went to the counter and the associate stated, "all of our fuses are all the way down on the right" in a particular isle. I looked and was unable to locate it, I asked the same associate if he could assist by looking it up and seeing if it might be in inventory. The associate again stated all the fuses are located there where I was looking. The associate never came out from behind the counter to assist. Another associate was behind the counter leaning on it. Huge lack of motivation and customer service...never again will I go to O'Reilly. I will also say we own 3 retail locations in the Portland Metro area and strive to exceed our customers expectation!

The headlight socket for my 2014 Can-Am Spyder needed replacing and they had the part.
