They won't call you when your parts come in. Instead they'll ship them somewhere else then get snotty because you didn't know your parts came in. Rock auto or napa in Rexburg have better customer service

Great people who go out of their way to help. We had a need for some specific parts and they went out of their way to order them and now keep them in stock so when we need them again in the future, they will be there. Hard to find small town service in a national chain, but it is at this O'Reilly's

Check engine light came on yesterday. I got to O'Reilly in St. Anthony, ID. Rocky came out and scanned for the code. Turned out to be a bad throttle body. Rocky was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me significant pointers and sold me the part I needed. Customer service was EXCELLENT! Thanks Rocky!
