They were pretty helpful when getting my break pads. They made it a pretty quick trip. The lady had trouble finding something in a the computer which was slightly inconvenient but not that bad. Even offered to carry the rotors out to my car.

A great place for practicing sign language since the lady behind the counter can't even reply with words. Went in asking for something, said hi and greeted the female employees who did not reply and simply pointed to the section I was interested in. As I didn't find what I was looking for and decided to exit, I thanked her and yet again no response. I guess this is the new customer service style we need to get used to.
