We came to California to buy a tow truck and we ended up braking down due to a bad fuel filter. Anthony and Juan came back early from their lunch to help us find a filter, we couldn't find the exact one so they just started searching random filters that would work and they found a perfect match. I appreciate these guys very much for their effort and not giving up on helping us.

Best customer service, EVER! I needed a battery and it was about 7:30 at night. Normally O’Reilly’s only does battery installation during the day. However the customer service was superb! I was told by the gentleman that put my battery in, when I thanked him numerous times for his help, “You always great ever woman that walks in here like you’d want your own wife treated.” He even called to make sure everything was still okay the next day.

I come here religiously. Literally almost every other day. But today's incident: Went here for a part. Said online they had 2 in stock. Upon arriving, the "manager" (someone I've literally never seen before) even confirms via her computer that they have 2 in stock. Without any effort, she makes a quick round through the back only to come back and tell me they don't have any. So I ordered one. Well turns out, driver had a mishap, so delivery delayed. So I call and ask one more time if they would maybe double check if they had the part in stock since it said online that they did and now that I was in desperate need. The same "manager" picks up, I proceed with my request, and her response was "No, I already looked for you, sorry". Rudest customer service EVER!!
