Today I went to O’reillys here in Escalon and was swiftly assisted by Lillian, she quickly found the oil and oil filter needed for my Dodge. Awesome service every time! Recently my catalytic converter was stolen off of my ford excursion 04 (they also sliced my transmission line in the process) so I decided after finishing the oil change that I’d jump under the truck and get to work. Tyler perfectly identified which line it was (there are 2). I needed the one that runs to the radiator and he knew that. I appreciate the culture that has continued here at the Escalon location and I will always come here for all my automotive needs.

Gentlemen inside with glasses was awesome. Helped me rent a torsion wrench I needed and coached me how to use/store it. First time replacing a strut assembly and they made it easy. Idk what else to say except if you need car advice or just parts or tools go here. Might just be escalon but everybody seems so dang nice

This morning my mom took a trip to get a few things for her car but didn’t know where in town to go to get the things put on . Well while in the store talking to Chris he told her he’ll put the new post on her car . You talk about good customer service , everyone was friendly and very informative has a lot of knowledge about cars in car parts, I thank him for His time and for being so kind to us … thank you Christopher
