Such an awesome experience! Chad is extremely friendly, patient, and does a beautiful job! He really knows how to take care of his customers. So happy I went to him to have my rings sized :) 5/5 for sure! Highly recommend going to him for all your jewelry needs :)

Went to get my ring repaired after an accident. The ring was returned to me completely uncleaned (soldering marks still present all over), completely bent, and with a chipped diamond. My husband picked the ring up quickly on his way back to work and didn’t notice immediately. We will inquire about getting our money back and going elsewhere. I’m just super sad about this because we went to a local jeweler after waiting months for the jewelry store we bought it from to repopen because of COVID. My husband tried to surprise me by getting the ring fixed for our anniversary (as our regular jeweler still wasn’t taking repairs) and I received a ring that was still badly damaged after spending $$$ to get it fixed. Now I will need to send it back out to be fixed again. Very sad and disappointed.

In August (?) I took my wedding ring in for repair. I had to have it cut off because my finger had a reaction to something and it was quit swollen. the shank had to be cut and bent to get it off my finger. one small diamond had popped out along the shank. I also had it resized. When I got it back the shank was super thin and the shank was still bent. It was also rough in the finish and polish. I complained about how thin the shank was and Chad assured me that it was correct. The ring still wasn't round. It was also too loose, so I had it resized again and asked him to make sure the ring was round. When I finally got it back for the second time, the shank was still bent. 9/29/23 I finally took it to a recommended jeweller in Bellingham. I was told it was a poor repair job and a couple of the diamonds on the shank didn't have prongs. The first thing I was told was that the bottom of the shank was way too thin. I paid $650 to have Chad repair this. I am now having to pay $650 to have his job repaired and they assured me that the shank would be straight and the bottom on the shank would be thicker. Save yourself a lot of money and disappointment and take your repairs somewhere else.
