This agency did nothing for me but book three rooms. I had to call RCCL to find out about the different restaurants, make all reservations for the six of us, (although she did offer to SELL us the dining packages), but would not help me with informations on the speciality restaurants or dining reservations. I also had to make all show reservations with RCCL, discuss bedding needs and make all airline reservations. ANYTHING AMY COULD MAKE A COMMISSION ON SHE WOULD DO! And she did make a nice commission on two suites and one deluxe ocean view room. I would rather book with the cruise line directly as I am sure I could have saved time and money!
