The technician, Abel, was outstanding. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and extensive expertise. He provided invaluable assistance throughout the initiation process, surpassing all expectations. I couldn't have wished for a more capable technician. The entire process was remarkably swift and filled with enlightening information.

When I talked to the person over the phone to schedule everything I was told that the technician would explain the cost breakdown. Then when the technician came to the house she wasn’t sure why I was so confused about the pricing and said the schedulers should have explained it. So it seems like the guy on the phone just wanted to get a sale on the books and rush me through the process. Definitely not the greatest thing to experience when starting your extermination process. The technician was just fine, but the guy on the phone drags down the whole thing to a two star review

Orkin always sends a text with a window time when they will be at our home. They are always thorough in their inspections. We have had several different employees come to our house and they always ask questions and ensure they take care of all of our needs. We have had a great experience using them and are very happy with the service.
