Baldwin Park location switched to fully automated drop off/pickup. My bogo coupon didn’t get applied and when I called they fixed it in the system immediately before I picked up my order. So a happy ending.

This place was horrible. First off, I paid 25% to get my clothes the next day and didn't get them until the day after that, and I was still charged the 25% even though I didn't get my clothes. And then they called on the 3rd day at literally 5:46pm when they close at 6pm so I had to on the 4th day to get my clothes and still was charged for the 25% next day charge when it took 4 days to get my clothes! Never coming back and not recommend it also. Also, the app it has you download doesn't work, doesn't tell you that your clothes are ready until you pick up your clothes. This place is a rip-off. Go somewhere else!

My marching band, color guard and drill team got caught in a monsoon for their parade at Universal- we were absolutely DRENCHED. We had another performance 2 days later and Lori was so sweet, accommodating and helpful. Our uniforms got dried and then cleaned in under 24 hours and they even delivered them to our hotel. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service and professionalism. I wish I could give them more stars!
