Thier greed outweighs the mental capacity to listen too customer's. Being aggressive isn't a good sales tactic. This is far from my first dealership experience, I went in as ignorant as possible hoping for a decent experience. As an ASE mechanic I don't appreciate being lied too my face, I didn't need too correct you, it was fun watching you make a fool of yourself. When we purchased our rav4 a few years ago, I watched the same employee blow a corvette sale. Owners should really focus on business instead of nepotism keeping friends employed.
