Our roof clearly needed a replacement, as water stains were becoming visible on our ceiling. Gregory from Ortega Family Roofing LLC came to our property in Bothell and explained everything to us without any aggressive sales tactics. The scheduling was incredibly convenient for us. Chase, Douglas, and Mason, the crew members, were always punctual, made sure to clean up at the end of each day, and even finished the roofing job earlier than anticipated. Excellent work from Gregory and his team!

Highly recommend Ortega Family Roofing LLC - Gregory, Mason, Chase, and Douglas were absolutely terrific. They embody all the qualities you'd want in a professional roofing team. I'm so thankful they were able to come out to Bothell on the same day and not only fix my roof, but also took care of a few other issues that weren't strictly within their remit. I reached out to Ortega Family Roofing LLC to check out what I suspected was a leak in my sunroom ceiling. I have engaged their services previously and found them to be incredibly dependable. They identified that I had significant hail damage and coordinated with my insurance company to replace my roof. Last week, severe weather swept through Bothell. We experienced another bout of heavy rainfall yesterday, and to my dismay, I noticed a leak near my fireplace and flaking drywall on my ceiling that night. As it was a Friday evening, I didn't anticipate anyone to assess it until Monday. I messaged Douglas, who promptly sent Mason over within an hour, despite it being 8:00 PM, to cover my roof with a tarp and prevent any further harm from the expected overnight rain. Chase arrived first thing the following morning to carry out the repairs. The issue turned out to be the metal around my chimney, not the roof, but they didn't bill me for the task. I was genuinely impressed with their prompt response and their genuine concern for the problem I was encountering. I couldn't recommend Ortega Family Roofing LLC more!
