Very clean office however the staff can be rude. To be more specific not the front desk staff but the staff working on the braces. My mom took my brother in and one of the staff members who was switching out my brothers wire was horrible. To begin she was having side conversations with another staff member bad talking my mom and brother. Second she made my brothers gums bleed and it got to the point where she had to step out. Im sorry but if you are working with kids you need to learn patience and learn how to approach in a profesional manner. It is quite embarrassing having a professional job but not acting professionally.
