I needed a sympathy bouquet delivered to a friend who had just lost her mother. I first made the mistake of using a 1-800 non local website, who processed the order and then canceled it unbeknownst to me, apparently due to lack of flower availability at their one local partner. I was pretty upset about this when the next day I called Orting Floral and Greenhouse and spoke with Kari. She was sympathetic, friendly and helpful, and made and delivered a beautiful bouquet that same day. My friend was touched by Kari’s beautiful creation. It’s never a mistake to deal with a real, live person, and a local business. I highly recommend Kari, and Orting Floral and Greenhouse!

I ordered from out-of-state for a friend who was recovering from surgery. I placed the order online and they called me almost immediately to say that what I had ordered was out of stock and that they would happily put together something else for the same price. They were so easy to work with and my friend loved what was delivered to her. I definitely recommend using them. Excellent and friendly service!
