He is an outstanding loan officer you rarely find LO’s this good it still amazes me till this day how educated he is for his age, also how well spoken he is on informing people. Especially those who don’t really know anything about home buying and even refinancing. Oscar has helped my Dad refinance which helped tremendously especially since his rate was near 4-5% which is high. I can’t thank him enough huge blessing that I came in contact with him.
