Absolutely one of the best municipal parks I've ever been to. Lots of art and landscaping, both natural and plantings that adds to this rich inviting space for walking, running, kids gym equipped play ground. Plenty of seating spots with various benches, chairs and tables around for those bringing along refreshments. Nice restroom building and the sports field within adds to the openness and greenery. Some local art dress the trails and walkways on obelisk-like pillars. The Norman Murray Community Center is also within this park area. Parking isn't usually an issue unless an event is being held or sport game on the soccer field there.

Right along the Oso Creek Trail is a Park for the kids to take a huge red slide le swing on the swings. There is a toddler section and big kids section of the park and plenty of shade or in the sun seating for the parents. This is one of the better parks in Mission Viejo with great walking trails for dog walking too.
