Osprey Adult Family Home is a community that cares! I am a professional geriatric care manager and my #1 goal with client placements is quality of life until end of life. I couldn’t have found a better AFH for my client! For the first time in a long time, my client feels safe, cared for, and content. Kristin and her staff have made a world of difference in my client’s health and well-being. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable. Staff are kind and thoughtful and creative with ways to engage my client. I am thrilled to see my client thrive…all thanks to Kristin and her staff!

Osprey At Carnahan was a wonderful place even before I moved my sister there. They were helpful and caring to work out every detail with me. My sister felt safe and comfortable from the very first tour! Now that she is a resident, she is happy and feels well cared for. The staff are natural caregivers and sensitive to the client’s needs. Osprey has done an excellent job communicating with me, so that I know what is going on at all times.
