They are very good. I had a few startup issues with them and we worked it out. Things have been great ever since. There's risk when hiring a new employee, with Ossisto, if you don't have the right person for the job, you can reevaluate what is and isn't working in a professional manner and correct. Much easier than hiring your own person, much more affordable too. Plus it keeps my headcount lower, preventing me from having to comply with additional government regulations!

Ossisto Technologies has been wonderful to work with. I hesitated for years to make the jump to a virtual assistant, but thought I would try it out this year and have been very satisfied. Midhun is my assistant and he goes above and beyond. I am finding it easy to delegate and love that he increasing asks for more responsibility. I highly recommend making the jump to Ossisto.
